Metro Ethernet is becoming a popular way to
reach LAN speeds across a city campus and beyond. The services market is
expected to grow by about 37 percent during the next five years, with revenue
increasing to $740 million in 2006 from $155.2 million in 2002, according
to market research firm IDC. Now service providers and corporate users are
looking to use metro Ethernet for .applications other than basic connectivity.
While early adopters had some reservations about relying on these relatively
unproven providers in this tough economic climate, especially in light of
the recent Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) meltdown, the bandwidth,
price and simplicity of the Metro Ethernet Service have won them over.
The latest product offerings from Teleware Network Systems are targeted
directly at this burgeoning market. The Teleway-4700 delivering cost-effective,
high-performance broadband access over Fiber-Optic or Gigabit Ethernet Networks

a console port for easy-to-use Network Management Capability. In addition,

100BaseFX Fiber-Optic Modules or 1000BaseSX/LX/TX Gigabit Uplink Modules
